Pedro Ruvalcaba, Staff Reporter
This is Pedro Ruvalcaba’s first year on The Jacket Journal and fourth year at WCHS as he is a senior. Pedro is part of the Concert Orchestra and plays viola. Pedro is a strategic thinker when it comes to most things, so he thinks a few steps ahead. Also, his favorite phrase and tactic are, “Battre en Retraite” inspired by the French.
