When there is an emergency, the police officers, firefighters, and paramedics who arrive at the scene first are considered to be the “First Responders” to an emergency. Have you ever thought the 911 Dispatchers are First Responders too? Woodford County High School Alumni, Brittany Wright, is currently working as a 911 Dispatcher for the Kentucky State Police, Post 12. Hear some of her favorite calls she has answered, as well as some of her most daunting memories from 911 calls.
