Animation is Ani-mazing
Have you watched anime shows before? Have you ever discovered that anime can be addicting and if you have watched anime, have you ever dreamed about yourself being in an anime show?
How did anime change my life? As a child, I used to watch anime shows where I grew up, and it taught me to find love, humor, and creativity. While I watched, I started to brainstorm some ideas to come when I was about to start drawing. When I dream about anime, I dream of imagination and how all the dreams evolve inside me.
How has anime changed over time?
When you look back at the older anime shows and compare them to the new generation of anime, a lot has changed over the years and the looks of anime these days are more kiddish than the older anime. As you see the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s anime had more of an older and a mature look, for example, a Japanese animated show Sailor Moon was a 90s anime and when looking at the photos, you can see the style had changed over time. These were manga drawings and half of these anime shows didn’t have digital editing, and it was kept all handmade with painted backgrounds. Stages, starting with cutout animation and silent short films, expanding through government-sanctioned propaganda, then moving toward longer and having more creative works influenced by Disney, but not all anime looks the same.
When was anime first created?
Anime was first created by a Japanese manga artist, cartoonist, and animator named Tezuka Osamu. Osamu has been making anime for a long time. The first anime he made was Astro Boy, and it was Japan’s first weekly TV anime series (1963-1966), and he made the first full-length anime film which released in 1945 called Momotaro: Umi no Shinpei (Momotaro, sacred sailors). Osamu has created many more anime; he created more than 700 manga titles comprised of 150,000 pages of hand-drawn art, and more than 60 anime throughout his lifetime, which makes him one of the most prolific Japanese manga creators in history.
What are some negative sides of anime?
Anime is full of creativity and dreams that people can discover in their imagination, although, it can contain some negative situations. Some anime can include hatred, pain, jealousy, resentment, sadness, some pictures, and even sexual abuse and nudity. There is a certain age to watch anime shows and movies, and it is best to watch if you have your parent’s permission.
New Generation Anime
Anime has been around for a long time, and this new generation of anime is clean looking and has a higher quality than the old generation of anime, although the old anime has more nostalgia and more raw art styles.
Each anime has a different style. These five styles are: shōnen, shojo, seisen, josei, and kodomomuke.
What I love about anime is that it can bring you joy and imagination that you can always dream of. Just say you are watching any anime show, and imagine you are in it; it shows how amazing anime is, it brings out imagination and makes your life more fun and happier.
