Kate Rannenberg is a WCHS senior and first-year Jacket Journal member. Though she has little experience in the journalism field, she is an AP Language and AP Literature graduate and conisseur of all things English-and-grammar based. She has been writing since she was eight years old, and has always had a passion for telling stories–whether that be through fiction or fact. Her favorite hobbies are playing video games, talking to international friends, travelling the world, and cuddling with her cat, Fitz.

Kate plans to pursue journalism after graduating in 2026.
