Ava Brumley is a senior at Woodford County High School. This is her first year writing for the Jacket Journal. Outside of school, Ava participates in school clubs like Y-Club, HOSA, NHS & Beta. She also coaches recreational classes and the Level 3 team at Agility Gymnastics. This year, she participated in the Distinguished Young Women program, placing first-runner up and in the following categories: fitness, talent, and self-expression. She is excited to write about not only these experiences but also anything else she is passionate about!
