On Friday, September 29th Woodford County High School football hosted a game against South Oldham High. This game was played in honor of all those who have lost their lives to suicide, and to raise awareness for the suicide prevention program. September is national suicide awareness month. a month to remember the lives lost to suicide, the millions of people who have struggled with suicidal ideation, and acknowledge the individuals, families, and communities that have been impacted. It is important to spread the message of hope around the community and this football game was a good way to get all of the people in one place to support a good cause.
