In Versailles Kentucky, we are known for bringing the community together to celebrate this coming fall season with food, drinks, and treats. We have a number of boutiques in downtown Versailles including My Darling and Co., The Amsden + Mercantile, Yellow Rose and Co., Kristen’s Kreations and so much more. These local boutiques come together to create little fun activities for the community to come together and shop and have drinks.
We also have Eckert’s Orchard. They are known for their delicious donuts and fun activities. Events include picking fruit and different berries depending on the season, a fun playground for the kids to play on, and a bunch of different events they throw throughout the year. Apple picking is one of their most popular events that everyone looks forward to all year. There is also a market where Eckert’s sells their products in the store, and they have delicious treats from fresh fruits to apple pie.
My Darling and Co. is one of our newest boutiques in Versailles. It will be open for a year in October; it is crazy to see how much it has grown. My Darling has a wide variety of clothes, and jewelry, and brings in new products every couple of weeks. They also have live frogs for sale. The frogs have been a crowd-pleaser and people have been waiting for a restock. My Darling and Co is also restocked with all things fall and Halloween. From home decor to t-shirts.
Yellow Rose and Co in Versailles is the second location along with the location in Campbellsville. Their clothing pieces are unique but go along with the boho theme of the store. They have new rustic chic dresses, skirts, tops etc. every couple of weeks along with different little things every week. The workers are welcoming when you walk into the store. They are starting to bring in some fall and cute Halloween pieces.
The Amsden is a local coffee shop and boutique. You can always see them packed with people doing work or just getting together on a Saturday morning with their coffee. They just released their fall drinks – Apple Cider Spice, Maple Pecan Latte, Toffee Nut Mocha, White Chocolate Pumpkin Frappuccino, Pumpkin Spice Dirty Chai, Cinnamon Roll Latte, and their Apple Cider Slush. Those drinks are all a part of their new fall menu.
Kristens Kreations is the local bakery. They have been open for a little over a year and the owner, Kristen, is the kindest person you will ever meet. She is always there to welcome everyone and answer all of your questions about her desserts. She can make anything from cupcakes to pies. She just let out their fall pumpkin cookie that everyone enjoys and has been long awaited!
