Can Kentucky Save Kentucky?!

Jaylynn Murillo, Staff Reporter

Our climate is drastically changing – Can we save our plant before it’s too late?

Brett Cease, youth volunteer education director, engagement coordinator, and a representative from Citizens’ Climate Lobby located in Lexington, Kentucky, gives us an inside look at what climate change is, and how are people affecting it.

After learning what climate change really is and realizing humans are to blame, I then asked the question: How is this affecting the beautiful area we live in? Being a native Kentucky residence, he soon informs me of the great changes that can happen if we do not act quickly!

If we don’t act fast, we will soon start experiencing harsher circumstances in our climate. Get involved and help!

Citizens’ Climate Lobby’s Mission Statment:
