“I enjoyed every moment of the season, each moment was special,” said Eva Bijl (11). “One of the funniest things to happen during practice was when our coaches would make fun of us by doing impressions of us. They didn’t do it to be mean, they were just pointing out some the mistakes we made so we could improve, still it was very funny. We really wanted to win state this year so we all kept each other motivated. This is my first season playing lacrosse so being able to participate on the team and be a good player was a really big personal achievement for me.”
