“Hi, I’m Betsy. I’m some kind of Labrador mix from the Woodford County Humane Society. I was adopted back in March by a seventeen year old girl. She takes care of me all the time. Before I moved in with her, I was abused out on a farm. When I came into the Humane Society, I was injured, scared, and lonely. My life is so much better now. My mom has a lot of really cool friends that always come over. I really love them. Wanna know a secret? Sometimes my mom feeds me french fries for dinner. I’m also not supposed to sleep on her bed but sometimes she looks so lonely. After all, isn’t it my job to fix that?”
