The Jacket Journal

Jamie Hobbs, Staff Reporter
This is Jamie's first year on The Jacket Journal staff. She is happy to be a part of this class and learn more about her community through it. During her free time, she likes to travel, take pictures, and write. She loves to meet new people and learn new things. When Jamie is older, she plans to become a journalist, attend San Diego University, and travel the world. She thinks it's really cool to learn about new people and places. A quote that she feels is very important and good to live by is, "Life is short, so love the ones you've got because you might get ran over or you might get shot," from a band that she favors called Sublime. Jamie plans on taking Journalism her Junior and Senior year as well and bettering her writing and photography skills through it.
